THE STORY BEHIND THE BAND
About Phonic
Newcastle and the Hunter’s go-to band for weddings and corporate entertainment, built around a horn section that sets them apart.
Who Are Phonic
Phonic has built a reputation as one of the most distinguished acts in the Hunter, with hundreds of weddings, corporate events and private functions to their name. The band tailors their line-up to suit the event, from an intimate duo to the full band with horns, and knows how to read a room and adapt to whatever the occasion calls for. An intimate ceremony, a big corporate party, a private function, whatever the setting, Phonic delivers.
While weddings are where Phonic has made their name, the band also caters for corporate functions, private parties and everything in between.
The Music
Whether it’s pop, funk, rock, soul or blues, Phonic leaves a lasting impression with one goal in mind, entertaining the room with songs everyone knows and loves. Expect a set list that pulls from artists like Bruno Mars, Amy Winehouse, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, The Temper Trap, Peking Duk, Basement Jaxx, Hilltop Hoods and Kylie Minogue. And that’s just a taste. Head to the Song List page for the full picture.
Production & Gear
Phonic brings their own quality PA system and the latest digital equipment, along with wireless mics and a lighting rig that includes coloured stage floods and laser lighting to lift the atmosphere in any room. Whatever the venue, Phonic arrives ready to deliver a full, professional sound and show.
